1.GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES)

• All services are subject to staff availability and serviceable locations.
• Service timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
• Customers must ensure safe access, water supply, and electricity at the service location.
• CleatoCare reserves the right to refuse or stop service in case of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behaviour.
• Any work beyond the booked scope will be charged extra after customer approval.

2. ₹169 + GST TOTAL CLEANING SERVICE – TERMS

• The service price is ₹169 + applicable GST.
• Service duration is strictly limited to 45 minutes.
• Included areas: 1 Hall, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, and 1 Kitchen only.
• All cleaning materials, tools, water, and electricity must be provided by the customer.
• Free vessel washing is limited to 10 daily-use vessels and up to 20 spoons only.
• Extra vessels will be charged as per the approved rate card.
• Deep cleaning, scrubbing, stain removal, fan cleaning, window cleaning, balcony cleaning, and chimney cleaning are not included. Any additional room or extended work will attract additional charges.

3. DEEP CLEANING SERVICES – TERMS

• 1. Deep cleaning prices are based on home type or total area as displayed on the website.
• 2. 30% advance payment is mandatory to confirm a deep cleaning booking.
• 3. Final pricing may vary after site inspection, depending on condition and scope.
• 4. CleatoCare provides chemicals, machines, and equipment for deep cleaning services.
• 5. The following are not included unless booked as add-on services:
  Ceiling fan cleaning
  Chimney interior cleaning
  Sofa or mattress shampoo
  Exterior window cleaning
  Heavy furniture shifting
• 6. Customers must secure valuables before service begins.

4 VESSEL WASHING – TERMS

• Free vessel washing (if applicable) covers daily-use vessels only.
• Burnt, soaked, or heavily greasy vessels are not included.
• Extra vessels are charged as per the published slab rates.
• Large or heavy vessels may attract additional charges.

5 CAR CLEANING SERVICES – TERMS

• Standard car cleaning covers regular exterior wash and basic interior cleaning only.
• Water and electricity must be provided by the customer.
• Add-on services such as seat shampoo, deep interior cleaning, or polishing are charged separately.
• Extremely muddy or heavily soiled vehicles may attract additional charges.
• The car must be parked in a safe and accessible location.

6 FREE CLEAN DAY – TERMS

• Free Clean Day is conducted on the 1st day of every month.
• Free slots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 75% slots are reserved for existing customers and 25% for new customers.
• Free service includes basic cleaning only, up to 40 minutes.
• Cleaning materials must be provided by the customer.
• Non-availability of the customer at the scheduled time will result in cancellation without rescheduling.
• CleatoCare reserves the right to modify or discontinue Free Clean Day at any time.

7 PAYMENT TERMS

• Payments must be made after service completion, unless specified otherwise.
• Accepted payment modes: UPI / QR Code / Cash.
• Prices mentioned are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Non-payment may result in denial of future services.

8 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling is subject to staff availability.
• Repeated cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

9 DAMAGE & LIABILITY

• CleatoCare is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
• Any issues must be reported immediately after service completion.
• Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service booked.

10 RIGHT TO MODIFY

CleatoCare reserves the right to:

• Change pricing
• Modify service scope
• Update Terms & Conditions
• Refuse service in exceptional cases.
